·New Student Information System. PowerSchool. PowerSchool is a web based software that provides Real-time grades, attendance, comments, assignments, scores and much more... right from the teacher's gradebook to students and parents.
·New 24 computer lab in the high school. Purchased with Vocational Education money the district was able to buy new Dell computers and install a lab. This lab's primary function will be to teach vocation oriented classes such as drafting and yearbook. This lab can also be used by anyteacher needing computer access.
·New LCD projectors were installed in the high school band room, the new high school computer lab, and the Inter-related room in Elementary
·30 New Dell laptops and a new mobile cart have been installed at the high school. This is a replacement for the existin cart and 24 laptops that were previously there.
·25 new computers were installed in the computer lab at the middle school. These computers can be used by any teacher needing computer access.
·The Learn 360, Video on Demand system, has been setup for all teachers to use. This is a direct replacement of the Safari Montage system. The new system provides a cost savings to the district while adding many more video titles and features.
·The district completed the upgrade of IDL room located at the high school. This upgrade includes new large HD TV's and a blu-ray player. This project was funded with a distance learning grant.
·The district has installed a Moodle website. Moodle is a Course Management System (CMS), also known as a Learning Management System (LMS) or a Virtual Learning Environment (VLE). It is a Free web application that educators can use to create effective online learning sites.
